As a member of the Technology Risk Management team, you will be performing compliance and security evaluations, connecting teams with resources, supporting teams through remediation, and making it easier for teams to focus on our customers. You will have an opportunity to leverage and blend your skills in security, regulatory compliance and process improvement to come up with creative solutions to compliance problems, including designing automated tests, and optimizing policies and standards. • Provide guidance to help teams understand compliance objectives
• Manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and frameworks
• Perform support activities relating to continuous compliance systems
• Perform compliance and risk assessments
• Facilitate external audits to complete on time and on budget
• Help teams identify appropriate remediation plans, and track to completion
• Perform compliance related activities, as assigned


  • BA/BS in Business, IT or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT regulatory compliance obtained through auditing, compliance activities, or experience working with audit teams in a control owner capacity (PCI DSS, WebTrust, SOX, ISO 27000 series, GDPR or other privacy regulations, etc)
  • Experience with the auditing process and creative ideas to design continuous compliance systems
  • Understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) concepts and principles
  • Experience working within GRC systems (Service Now GRC is a plus)
  • Understanding of Information Security and Resilience principles
  • Ability to design and code programs in support of automation and reporting (Linux Shell Script, Windows Powershell and SQL preferred, JSON, Python and other languages a plus)
  • Ability to operate independently, as a member of a group and in a lead capacity
  • High degree of creativity and problem-solving aptitude with demonstrated ability to deliver well thought out solutions to complex technical and compliance related problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current CISA, CISSP, PCIP (ISA or QSA) and/or CIPP certification is a plus
